Duration of coaching sessions

The duration of the coaching session is usually between 60 and 90 minutes and the frequency of coaching appointments every two to four weeks. The number of appointments is usually 3-10 units.

Free preliminary interview

The 30 minute preliminary interview is free of charge and can be a starting point for a working cooperation. This is the opportunity to meet me and become familiar with my approach.

Prices

Prices are determined at the time of order and based and charged on hourly rates. Preparation time and evaluations for coaching are included in the hourly rate. If the client requests additional services not originally included in the scope of the consulting services agreement (e.g. written reports) this will be charged separately. Tailored training shall be charged at half -day or day rates.

Payment

Services fees are invoiced upon conclusion of a coaching process. Interim invoices will be issues with regular intervals for longer assignments.

Confidentiality and non-disclosure

Any information provided by the consultant/client in or pursuant to this consulting services agreement which is privileged and confidential, shall not be disclosed without the prior written consent of the consultant/client.

Appointments

Appointments are binding on both sides and need to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
